Hotel Mío Riviera Nayarit

Overall, our stay was good. We did have an issue with our reservation, as it was canceled about an hour after we received a confirmation email due to a credit card error. This was resolved a few days later after some insistence, which was a bit inconvenient. On New Year’s Eve, we also missed the hotel’s dinner because we hadn’t reserved in advance and the event was sold to people from outside the nearby condominiums, so the hotel service wasn’t available to us that night. Aside from these situations, everything else was fine. With a bit more empathy and attention to customer service, the experience could be even better.

I just wanted to take a second to commend Andre, Hugo, The older bar manager and the female server with tattoos as well as all the hotel staff behind the scenes who took care of all of the guests during the cartel attacks. They went above and beyond on little rest to take care of the guests and make sure everyone was well fed and taken care of. Fantastic work by all those staff who had to deal with many unreasonable guests, while they were separated from their loved ones and family during a trying time. They are all deserving of a raise and should be considered for promotion. Thank you to all of you who put others first before yourselves, it was not unnoticed.

Alaska Air put us in this hotel over night when our flight was canceled. Our experience was excellent! If you are looking for a lower budget hotel in PV. I would recommend it. It is not on the ocean but it is clean comfortable and has a beautiful roof top pool

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greet by the personnel in a friendly matter. The staff was very friendly across all areas and the room was cool. The roof garden is the top feature of the hotel featuring multiple pools and jacuzzi’s. We were stranded in the hotel during the road closures and the hotel prioritized current guests and allowed us to extend our stay 2 more days at a discounted price (given that flights got cancelled). Additionally, they gave us free dinner for 2 days and the staff was doing an amazing job during those days. This place do cares about its customers and not just about their money!

I visited this hotel during mid January 2026 with my longterm partner and I have to say this hotel was amazing! We got the panoramic view room and it was great! Great view, nice shower and the AC works great. The only downside is that there isn’t a kettle in the room which would’ve been nice. The waitstaff and hotel staff were all very kind, helpful and did their job well! The location is more in the resort area, but a quick and cheap uber ride can get you into the city. The food and stores nearby are good, could be a little better but still good. My only “downside” is that the room service is a little overpriced, but it is understandable for a hotel. If you are looking for a great deal I would personally recommend this hotel! My partner also loved it equally.

Not our usual pick but good value for money, nice staff, cool rooftop pool deck and included breakfast was better than expected. Just know that there is a construction site next door, not much noise when we were there but ugly view if you are on the south side

I came to Hotel Mio for two main reasons, they were close to the plastic surgery clinic where I was having a hair transplant and they are pet friendly as I needed to have my dog with me. Beyond that, the stay was fantastic! I would stay at Hotel Mio again in a heartbeat, regardless of the two reasons I stayed this time. The service from Heidi at the front desk and Victor as the bellhop who helped me on arrival and departure, everything was fantastic. The room was just as pictured. I loved the massive walk in shower and having a balcony. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and because of why I was there I had room service twice and it was always delivered quickly, hot, fresh and everything was great. I highly recommend Hotel Mio!

Great value and great quality! Service was lovely and people are very kind. Room was very clean, new, comfortable. Working AC and huge shower. Rooftop pool area had plenty of seating for us and a cozy pool space. Nice view from the roof seeing the ocean. On the other side there is construction but not a big deal. Peaceful, adult only environment. Good veg time under a cabana! Restaurants nearby were good and the rooftop bar and restaurant (we did breakfast -- not included) were wonderful. One thing though, you can hear anyone talking in the hallway from your room. We would definitely come back here!
